1. Terms
By accessing the website at https://stock-sync.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Stock Sync’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
1. modify or copy the materials;
2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Stock Sync’s website;
4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Stock Sync at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Full Feature Access
Full feature access shall be provided for anyone by Stock Sync in the form of a trial version, which, after the expiry of the full feature access, shall not entail an obligation to place an order or any payment related to the use of Stock Sync of the full feature access.
The service may be used in the form of full feature access for 14 calendar days with Stock Sync after its registration; during this term, the service may be ordered at any time. After the expiry of the full feature access, an e-mail shall be sent to the user.
The essence of the full feature access is to enable the user to learn about the benefits of the product and confirm that it suits his requirements. It is therefore proposed to use the full feature access before the purchase thereof; during the full feature access, the user may be ensured if that particular service is required thereby, which is provided by Stock Sync. The full feature access may be used only once on the same Shopify store.
4. Service Fee
The current fees of such services, which can be ordered, are continuously available on the website.
Service fees are payable in the form of a monthly subscription or Stock Sync credit.The monthly subscription is only for individual stores. It is grouped or shared among stores only by special request only.
The monthly subscription is only refundable up to 60 days. The Stock Sync Credits is used only within the store that purchased the credits. Transfer of credits is allowed if the user closes down the store and opens another one. Only unused credits can be refunded.
Stock Sync reserves its right to change the fees and content of the services that can be ordered, however, it shall be obliged to provide information thereof on its website. The modification shall take effect simultaneously with the publication thereof on the website. Such services, which had already been ordered, shall not be affected by the modification within the duration of the contractual relationship.
Billing and invoices are handled by Shopify.
5. Links
Stock Sync has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Stock Sync of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
6. Modifications
Stock Sync may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
